We handle the insurer
We lodge the claim, liaise with the insurer and their assessors, and press for a fair and timely settlement on your behalf.

Settlement
We keep you updated through to settlement, and confirm your cover is reinstated where it applies.
Before you start: have your policy number to hand, along with the date of loss and any photographs, police reports or invoices you already have. If you don’t have all of it yet, notify us anyway — we can follow up on the rest.
